I am so excited to be baking my late Father’s favorite for our early Thanksgiving celebration tomorrow. Pineapple Upside Down Cake using Tasha’s cookbook.
I love the syrupy mixture for the pineapples. I love using Tasha’s cookbook too.
As you can see, I’m making a double batch; gonna have 33 people. Using my wooden spoon to stir, somehow resonates with my homesteading spirit.
Isn’t it festive. Tasha says in her cookbook that it is her son Seth’s favorite, they usually make this for Christmas. But I’m making it for Thanksgiving in remembrance of my Dad!
